Please note that the reliance on any vehicle history report when purchasing a vehicle is at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for any purchases you make in reliance on our reports and we offer no returns however, A refund can only be issued if the following two conditions are met:
1. The request for a refund is made within 48 hours following the purchase.
2. The reason for the refund is considered valid according to our policy.
Valid reasons for a refund include:
– Receiving an empty report,
– Being charged twice for the identical report.
Invalid Refund Reasons:
– Inaccuracies in a report,
– Incomplete report,
– Untimely report,
– Failing to cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
